Hot Fudge Sunday June 5th

Sundays bring us the political talk shows. If you see something interesting on one of them, jump on the comment board and talk about it. According to Politico, here is the lineup for this week’s shows:

Meet the Press (NBC) — Hope you like tennis. That’s all you’re going to get this week.

Austan Goolsbee

This Week (ABC) — White House economist Austan Goolsbee.

Face the Nation (CBS) — House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Republican Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour.

State of the Union (CNN) —  Austan Goolsbee appears here as well. – along with Douglas Holtz-Eakin, a Republican and former director of the Congressional Budget Office, and Alice Rivlin, a Democrat and former director of the White House budget office.

Fox News Sunday —  Sarah Palin is bringing her “One Nation” bus tour to the Sunday talk show circuit, appearing exclusively (not surprisingly) on “Fox News Sunday.”

Newsmakers (CSPAN) — Rep. Sander Levin of Michigan, the ranking Democrat on the House Ways and Means Committee, interviewed by National Journal’s Humberto Sanchez and The Hill’s Ian Swanson.

Washington Watch (TV One) — Democratic National Committee chairwoman, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, talks campaign politics. She’ll be joined by U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk and former Oklahoma Gov. Frank Keating, now the CEO of the American Bankers Association.
